Khove comes plastic wrapped with every piece you need, heck we even build the thing! 


Khove takes complete control. We advertise on our platforms, liaise with guests, complete quality control quarterly inspections (on top of our weekly walk-throughs), have a book full of trade contacts on hand, oversee all maintenance + handle invoices and receipts, provide 24/7 guest communication, ensure meet and greet check-in for security purposes, meet up with your rental agents, meet your insurance assessors, provide constant property advice and referrals, help you transition from anything prior to our management and work around the clock to ensure your property remains in tip-top condition.


We do all of that and more for our commission fee only!

If your property isn’t performing then neither are we.
