WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

It all started on a couch.

Halle had just come home from living in Bali while working as a remote graphic designer for a top notch Gold Coast based company. Teliah was on maternity leave, swapping out being one of Brisbane's best performing Buyers Agents/investment advisors to focus on baking the bun in her oven. I guess the baby hormones mixed with the delirium of too many cocktails in the Balinese sun got to their heads, and they thought...Life is too simple, we want to work harder than ever before and create an empire fuelled by our passions that one day has global recognition.


With a clear gap in the Holiday Letting market our two worlds collided. Picture this, A Holiday Home company that is so focused on maximising our clients return on their investment that we create uniquely branded identities for their property, targeted at the correct demographic, with professional marketing powered by incomparable industry knowledge, pricing strategies and consistent asset advice. With bellies full of fire we shook hands and took a hopeful picture to look back on in 10 years and remember where our empire began. (Pic not shown in respect to Halle’s sunglasses tan).


Halle worked hard to catch up to speed in the property realm and obtained her real-estate registration and experience in Holiday Home Management by becoming managing director of an established Holiday Home Company already based on the Gold Coast. Teliahs oven bells went ringing and her baby daughter was welcomed to the world, it was if the race had begun and Teliah took no time to get the ball rolling.


After launching Khove we dove deep and fully immersed ourselves in the world of short term rental. With select Owners consent we aspired to fail, to test the market, to find trends, spot our weaknesses and hone in on our strengths. We pulled that arrow as far back as it can go and now we are flying forward with streamlined procedures, thought-out policies, proven strategies, confident staff and top of the line industry connections.

Khove is the perfect fusion of Aesthetic, function and practicality (The golden trio - Haaaa). Through innovation, raw passion and a plethora of industry knowledge Khove will grow to become a Nationally recognised name.
